Cascade HR are delighted to announce that they have this week received confirmation of the successful achievement of ISO accreditation, for both Information Security (ISO27001) and Quality Management (ISO9001).
Jayne Clarke, Commercial Director at Cascade, said: “Led by Technical personnel James Lee and Paul Dyson, a dedicated project team has spent the last few months undertaking the hard, focused work and policy and process revisions required to achieve these impressive accreditations. Cascade is the first business unit within the wider IRIS Group to achieve ISO certification, and I look forward to further accreditations being achieved across other IRIS divisions in the future.”
ISO27001 is the international standard that describes best practice processes for information security management systems (ISMS). It allows for a systematic approach to establishing, implementing and operating information security against Cascade’s wider business goals and objectives.
ISO9001 represents the international standard for managing quality processes or systems (QMS). Designed as a powerful business improvement tool, ISO9001 will allow Cascade to demonstrate strong corporate governance, work effectively across the supply chain, and continually manage and monitor our quality standards and processes.
The International Standards achieved will act as strategic tools and guidelines, helping Cascade to tackle many of the most demanding challenges of modern business. Following the processes laid out within ISO27001 and ISO9001 will help to not only ensure that wider business operations are as streamlined and efficient as possible, but will also aid in increasing productivity and accessing new markets.
Achieving these two pivotal accreditations lends further authenticity and credibility to the company’s wider strategic goals and policies, and will enable customers to have complete confidence in the provision of Cascade products and services, both now and in the future.
