Award-winning HR and payroll software provider Cascade has been shortlisted for another prestigious industry accolade – Pay and Benefits Magazine’s ‘Software Provider of the Year’.
But the team must wait until 5 March 2015, when they’ll head to London for a glittering awards ceremony, to learn if they’ve been crowned the winner.
There have already been months of anticipation for the 107-strong company, who submitted their entry back in October 2014. Packed with facts, figures and supporting evidence from some of the company’s 550 clients, the entry showcased Cascade’s approach to technological innovation, software support, customer service, and employee development, to name just a few criteria.
Commenting on the decision to enter the highly-contested award scheme, now in its fourth year, Cascade’s head of marketing Andy Court said: “We work hard to be the best in the business, not just in terms of our HR and payroll software but our people too. To be recognised within an award scheme such as this, reinforces that we’re doing a good job and that we don’t just talk the talk.
“Being shortlisted acts as a huge pat on the back for our hard-working team, and gives existing and prospective customers the confidence that, when working with Cascade, they’re receiving some of the best support available. But it also illustrates that we care about standards, across every element of our business operation, which translates into tangible benefits for our clients.”
Having won the award in 2013, the team now looks forward to the March ceremony to discover if it can scoop the prize a second time. Andy concludes: “It’s already a great achievement to have been shortlisted – we do operate in a very competitive industry after all. So we’ll enjoy the event and make the most of this celebratory evening, and keep our fingers crossed!”
Pay and Benefits magazine is hailed as the leading publication in its field, and is regarded by experts as the best magazine for payroll and benefits professionals available today. The award scheme, with its 11 categories, aims to honour individuals and teams for their outstanding industry achievements.
