After each and every service day with Cascade, whether it is consultancy or user training we ask all our clients to rate us, our results to speak for themselves. Take a look at our results for February…

Overall Feedback

Firstly we ask all our clients about their Product Consultant, looking more specifically at their attitude and their Organisation. We also ask about the training session itself; how was the training session management? And how was the product knowledge of the product consultant. We achieved almost 100% responses, we had nobody select ‘Poor’ as a response in any area. The following graph shows the feedback gathered throughout January…

Because the little things matter…

At Cascade we focus on every slight detail, including; did your course materials meet standards? and was your consultant punctual and presentable? The main reason for us gathering our detailed feedback is to ensure we deliver the highest standard of service possible. We have an average of over 99% positive responses, with nobody selecting ‘No’ regarding the punctuality and present ability of our Product Consultants. This reiterates how Cascade Client Services are meeting the highest of expectations and we aim to maintain this standard.
