After any Cascade service day, whether it is consultancy or user training we ask our clients to rate us, our results speak for themselves. Let’s see their results from October…
Firstly we ask all our clients about their Product Consultant, looking more specifically at their Training Session Management, knowledge, attitude, and their presentation. We also asked about training session itself; how was the content and outline? And were they organised? We achieved 100% responses, we had only 1% selecting the ‘Poor’ response across all areas. At Cascade we fuss over the smallest of details, including; was your consultant presentable? We gather the most detailed feedback to ensure we are delivering the best standard of service possible. We have an average of over 99% positive responses, this reflects that Cascade are meeting the highest of expectations for their clients and aim to sustain this standard.
