PQP re-accreditation success for Cascade

Cascade has been awarded prestigious Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) re-accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) – a reflection of the company’s ongoing dedication to payroll best practice.

Having first secured PQP status in December 2010, before being re-accredited in 2012, this most recent success illustrates that Cascade is as serious about payroll, as it is about HR.

The team submitted a body of evidence in February, for scrutiny by a PQP assessor. After successfully satisfying a number of stringent criteria, news of the re-accreditation came in the first week of March.

Originally employing six payroll experts when the PQP accolade was first secured, Cascade now has 25 staff dedicated to the discipline. This significant recruitment reflects the organisation’s considered investment in payroll-related solutions over the past four years. Cascade’s web-based payroll software provides a powerful extension to the company’s suite of HR technologies for example, and the team’s Payroll Managed Services – a comprehensive form of payroll bureau support – has proven a huge success since it was launched in 2012.


Commenting on the achievement, Cascade’s client services director Heather Vitty said:
