Currently with 300 employees Two Saints began the procurement process for a HR software solution. We caught up with Nigel Miles, IT Manager to discuss why Cascade was the right choice for them:
Why did Two Saints Housing decide to implement HR software?
Two Saints was looking for a HR system that is more than just a database. We needed something that would give accurate reports on all employee related KPI’s as easily as possible. Having a good system enables HR to provide information to inform and support the organisation and shows where benefits could be gained by making changes in all sorts of areas, such as training, policy, business planning, budget etc.
Why did you choose Cascade?
We looked at other systems; one of the main reasons we chose Cascade is because it was recommended to us by a similar type of organisation within our sector who said that they couldn’t think of anything they would change about it having used it for a couple of years.
After seeing the system in a demonstration for themselves and an excellent recommendation, Two Saints decided to implement Cascade HR plus a range of flexible modules including; Self Service, Workflow, Training and both Recruitment and Online Recruitment.
Support from a dedicated Project Manager and committed Client Services team, will ensure Cascade is configured to Two Saints’ requirements and business objectives to deliver their original goals.
